Política de envío

Muchas gracias por visitiar y comprar en Simply Perfect.  Enviamos todas nuestras órdenes a través de USPS.  Una vez enviada su orden, usted recibirá un correo electrónico indicando su número de rastreo de USPS.

Tiempo de Procesamiento y de Recibo de su Orden.  En caso de un cambio o devolución, la tarifa de envío no es responsable y el cliente será responsable del pago del envío del paquete a ser devuelto.

Todas las órdenes son procesadas de 1 a 3 días laborables.  El envío standard toma 1 a 3 días para Puerto Rico y de 7 a 15 días para Estados Unidos.  Los envíos se pueden atrasar por unos días, si experimentamos un gran volumen de órdenes.  Problemas de retrasos en el correo a nivel nacional o global como los causados por el COVID-19 o en época de Navidad, o por inclemencias del clima, pueden afectar la fecha de entrega de su orden.

El cliente debe proveer la dirección postal correcta al realizar la orden.  No somos responsables de errores u omisiones por el cliente al hacer la orden.

No somos responsables de paquetes perdidos o dañados, robados o no entregados por USPS.  En caso de surgir lo anterior, estamos en la mejor disposición de ayudar al cliente con su reclamación a USPS pero no daremos crédito en tienda o devolución de dinero.

Rastreo de Orden

Una vez su orden se enviada, recibirá un correo electrónico con el número de rastreo de USPS.  Favor de esperar por lo menos 48 horas en lo que el número rastreo es actualizado en el portal de USPS. 

Impuestos de Aduana o de los Muelles

Simply Perfect no es responsable por ningún impuesto de Aduana o impuestos de los muelles en que usted pueda incurrir durnte o después de recibir su paquete.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Simply Perfect! Simply Perfect ships all of our orders via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email update with your tracking number.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 days for destinations within Puerto Rico and 7-15 days within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Customer must provide the correct postal address when placing the order. In case of a return or exchange, shipping costs are not returnable and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returning the purchased product. 

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or undelivered packages. In case we have a situation with the Postal Service we will proceed with the claim with the customer collaboration.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Simply Perfect is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Politica de Devolución/Refund Policy

Política de Cambio o Reembolso

Muchas gracias por comprar en Simply Perfect.  Proveemos reembolso y/o cambios en los primeros 7 días de haber recibido su orden.  Si pasaron 7 días de haber recibido la orden, no le proveeremos un reembolso ni cambio de ningún tipo.

Eligibilidad para Reembolso o Devolución

  • El artículo no puede haber sido usado, por lo que debe estar en las mismas condicioens en que lo recibió.
  • Solo artículos a precio regular se reembolsarán.  Artículos de la colección de oferta (Sale Colecction) no se reembolsarán ni se permitirán devolución y mucho menos reembolso de dinero.
  • Si el artículo fue marcado como regalo cuando se compró y se le envió a usted directamente, usted recibirá un crédito en la tienda por el mismo valor de su devolución.

Cambio (si aplica)

Solo cambiamos artículos si están defectuosos o dañados y/o en precio regular. Si necesita hacer un cambio, favor enviarnos un correo electronico a simplyperfectpr@gmail.com y te enviaremos un correo electrónico con las instrucciones de cómo y dónde enviar el paquete a ser devuelto.  Si desea cambiar el artículo por otro tamaño, con gusto lo haremos siempre y cuando el artículo esté disponible y que la devolución se gestione en los primeros 7 días de haber recibido el artículo. Artículos devueltos a nosotros sin antes haber enviado el correo electrónico no serán aceptados. 

No más de 7 días pueden haber pasado desde haber recibido su orden para ser considerado para un cambio o reembolso.  Una vez recibamos el artículo devuleto y verificado que esté bien, le enviaremos un correo electrónico notificando que lo recibimos e indicando si aceptamos o no el cambio.

De aceptarse el cambio, entonces entre 3 a 5 días se procederá con la devolución de lo pagado al mismo metodo utilizado para el pago en caso del artículo estar defectuoso o dañado.  De ser por otra razón la devolución se le dará crédito en la tienda para usar en una compra futura.  Lo sentimos, pero no devolvemos efectivo.  Si pagó con efectivo, recibirá un crédito en tienda para ser usado en los próximos 90 días.

Artículos Exentos de Reembolso o Devolución

No se permite el reembolso o devolución de los siguientes artítulos: 

  • Tarjetas de regalo
  • Artículos en Oferta/Liquidación, ya sean de la colección "sale" o porque fueron adquiridos con un código de descuento o en flash sale, oferta del día, etc.
  • Trajes de baños, bodysuit, trajes de noche, accesorios,  Por lo que todo artículo comprado en oferta, es venta final.

Reembolso tardío o no recibido

  • Si no ha recibido el reembolso, primero verifique su estado de cuenta.  Luego contacte a su proveedor de tarjeta de crédito con la que hizo el pago.  Recuerde que puede tomar un tiempo en lo que sale reflejado en su cuenta o estado de la tarjeta de crédito. 
  • Si has realizado to lo anterior y aún no has recibido el reembolso, por favor contactanos a simplyperfectpr@gmail.com.

Envío

  • Favor no enviar el producto al manufacturero.  Si necesita un cambio primero debe enviarnos un correo electrónico a simplyperfectpr@gmail.com y nosotros te enviaremos un correo electrónico con las instrucciones para la devolución del paquete. Artículo enviado a nosotros sin haber primero enviado el correo electrónico, no será aceptado. 
  • El cliente será responsable del pago del costo de envio por correo del paquete a ser devuelto. 
  • El precio pagado por el envio no es reembolsable.
  • No podemos garantizar que recibiremos el paquete a devolver.
Recogido de Orden

Tienes 30 días para recoger tu orden.  Si no recoges la orden en los 30 días se consider abandonada y por consiguiente pierde el artículo y no se devolverá la cantidad pagada.  Si su orden es para recoger, usted recibirá un correo electrónico indicando que su orden está lista para recoger y que debe comunicarse con nosotros para coordinar el recogido. 

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Simply Perfect!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simplyperfectpr@gmail.com and we will send you an email with the instructions on how and where to send your package. If the item is available in another size we will exchange it, if requested in the first 7 days after receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

      No more than 7 days can pass after delivery to consider its exchange or return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

      If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and if the return is because the item is defective or damaged a refund will be issued to the same payment method used within 3 to 5 working days.  If the return is for other reasons, you will receive a store credit to use in a future purchase.

      Exempt Goods

      The following are exempt from refunds or exchange:

      • Gift cards
      • Some health and personal care items
      • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, and accessories.  All sale items, swimsuits, and accessories are final.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  We do not refund cash payments. If you pay in cash you will receive a refund to be used in the next 90 days.

      Late or missing refunds

      • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at simplyperfectpr@gmail.com.

        Shipping

        • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simplyperfectpr@gmail.com and we will send you an email with the instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
        • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
        • Shipping costs are non-refundable! 
        • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
          Pick Up In Store

          You have 30 days to pick up your order at our store.  If you don't pick up your order within 30 days the product is considered abandoned and you will lose the amount paid for the order and the paid product.

          The Simply Perfect mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Simply Perfect (“Simply Perfect”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

          By consenting to Simply Perfect’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Simply Perfect through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

          You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Simply Perfect. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

          We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

          You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449102385 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Simply Perfect mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

          We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes.           The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

          To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
